All items sold by GUDS are pre-owned or resold. Unless otherwise noted, items are sold in "as-is" condition. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality images, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Minor wear and tear should be expected as part of the nature of resale items.

2. Authenticity and Brand Affiliation

GUDS is an independent reseller of authentic luxury and designer goods. We are not an authorized dealer, representative, or affiliate of any of the brands we sell. All trademarks and copyrights are the property of their respective owners.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Commonwealth of Virginia law, GUDS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

4. Sizing and Fit

Sizing varies significantly between designers and eras. We provide measurements as a courtesy; however, GUDS is not responsible for items that do not fit. All sales are final as per our Return Policy.

5. Governing Law

These disclaimers and any disputes arising from your use of this site or purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
